Refund Policy

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS FOR EXCHANGES?

Please note that we do not accept returns for exchanges or refunds. We ask all our customers to carefully check the product listings and sizes before placing an order to avoid any possible misorders.

DO YOU ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS?

Customers can only request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order. Please note that this request does not guarantee approval, as our logistics team processes orders as quickly as possible. We will first check if the product has been shipped; if not, we will cancel the order.

DO YOU ACCEPT THE REFUND REQUEST?

We do not accept refund requests after an order has been shipped. We always inform our customers of any delays in delivery.

We will only accept a refund request if the product you received is completely different from what you ordered – wrong size or color. We can also send the correct product at no extra cost.

Please note that the following conditions strictly apply:

  • The item comes from our store.
  • The product is unused.
  • Request MUST be sent within 5 days of receiving the package

For damaged products or products that do not match your order, please email our support team and include the following information:

  • Reason for refund
  • Picture/video of the product you received
  • Order number

Once we receive your email, we will get back to you within 24 hours. Once we have confirmed your request, we will send the correct product at no additional cost. We cannot offer a full refund.

We do not offer refunds if the shipment is shown as delivered according to the tracking number, but the customer has not received the package. This applies to cases where package theft may have occurred, for which we are not responsible.
